I’ve spent a lot of time recently diving down an Asian streetfood rabbithole - watching hours of YouTube videos. What I love about streetfood is that it’s flavourful, colourful food that is fast! I was inspired to try creating something with crab.

Enter Recipetineats! Singapore Chilli Crab.

This recipe is great. It is quick to prepare, and assuming you have all the ingredients, it’s easy. And yes, I agree with the author - the sauce is the best thing about this recipe. It was a success and I will be repeating it in the near future.
